Production Manager (Technical Lead)

Job Purpose

The Production Manager oversees the entire mechanical operation of the
corrugated pipe extrusion line, ensuring strict material-to-product
conversions, machinery preservation, and minimal raw material scrap.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Maintenance:
  Manage the daily calibration, heating zone setups (130°C–160°C),
  and continuous mechanical health of the extruder, corrugator,
  and automatic winder.
• Material Reconciliation:
  Log daily raw material consumption (PVC/PE pellets in kg)
  against finished 50-meter roll outputs into the management software.
• Waste Mitigation:
  Enforce operational disciplines to maintain a machine scrap/waste
  rate below the standard 3% tolerance.
• Shift Supervision:
  Manage and schedule the shift rotations for Machine Operators
  and Production Loaders.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
  Industrial Manufacturing, or Polymer Mechanics.
• 3+ years of direct experience operating plastic extrusion
  machinery (single/twin-screw extruders).
• Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and industrial
  generator integration.
