Cashier / Internal Accountant

Job Purpose

The Cashier / Internal Accountant maintains strict gatekeeping over company
funds and inventory logs, ensuring every incoming payment or material
release is executed securely through the management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Invoicing & POS:
  Process all sales orders via the cloud software. Ensure no physical
  inventory leaves the loading dock without a system-generated receipt.
• Payment Reconciliations:
  Monitor corporate bank alerts and deposit slips for wholesale direct
  wires before approving a stock dispatch.
• Petty Cash Ledger:
  Keep an immaculate ledger of daily operational cash distributions
  (e.g., fuel for the generator) backed by physical receipts.
• Daily Financial Closing:
  Compile and transmit the mandatory 6:00 PM West Africa Time (WAT)
  closing report (pellets used, rolls spun, rolls sold, cash balanced)
  directly to the Cameroon Founder.

Required Qualifications

• HND or Degree in Accounting, Banking, or Finance.
• Absolute proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms
  (Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar ERPs).
• Impeccable background and reference checks indicating high
  financial integrity.
